We at the Khmer Anti-Poverty Party greatly appreciate artists and the creativity they can add to our

thinking. In honor of International Democracy Day September 15th, we would like to share this link with

you. It is a link to the State Department which held a video contest, open to young people throughout

the world. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton speaking at the award ceremony, said "The videos we are

honoring today capture essential truths about democracy across the world and respond to the deepest

yearning of human beings to have a right to their own lives and their own dreams." The challenge was

to make a video entitled, "Democracy is...". The video from the young man from Iran is particularly
